Emu and Frog

For our first few classes, we learnt how to morph two animals into one.
Here were the two separate pictures : Emu, TreeFrog



Steps :

1. The frog is opened with photoshop and used as the background.
2. The emu is also opened with photoshop and flipped horizontally.
3. Using the rectangular marquee tool, the emu's head is selected.
4. Changing to the move tool, the selected head is dragged onto the frog and the eyes are placed inline to eachother.
5. The oppacity of the emu's head is lowered to 60%.
6. The emu is masked before changing to the brush.
7. On the tool bar there's a white square on top of a black square, it is changed so that the black square is on top.
8. Everything but the head is erased using the brush, the eyes are also erased.Other parts are also erased so that the emu's head seems like its suppose to be there.
9. hue/saturations are then used to change the colour.
